Delivery Radius

  • They are responsible for delivery execution
  • We are not liable for courier delays, damages, or delivery failures once the order leaves our premises

Risk Transfer

Risk in goods transfers to the customer upon:

  • Delivery to the nominated address; or
  • Collection from the venue

9. Pickup Orders

Customers must collect orders at the agreed collection time.

We are not responsible for deterioration in food quality where collection is delayed.

Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be discarded without refund.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • More than 7 days notice: deposit may be transferred to a future booking
  • Between 3–7 days notice: partial forfeiture may apply
  • Less than 72 hours notice or no-show: full deposit forfeited

These charges represent a genuine pre-estimate of loss.

Venue Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Relocate bookings within the venue
  • Modify seating arrangements
  • Cancel bookings for safety, operational, or licensing reasons
  • Refuse entry or service

11. Alcohol Service & Licensing Compliance

Vasilis Table operates in accordance with the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 (SA).

We strictly enforce Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) obligations.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse alcohol service
  • Request valid photographic identification
  • Remove intoxicated or disorderly persons
  • Refuse entry where required by law

Supplying alcohol to minors is prohibited.

12. Food Safety, Dietary Requirements & Allergens

  • FSANZ Food Standards Code
  • Relevant public health regulations

While we take reasonable precautions:

Consumption of food is at the customer’s own risk.

13. Refunds, Returns & Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Due to the perishable nature of food products:
